A “Willpower System” is anything that forces you, motivates you, or makes it easier for you to perform a healthy behavior, without having to rely on sheer willpower.
When you don’t have to rely on sheer willpower to eat more healthy or exercise more consistently, you’re able to repeat the behavior over and over again until it becomes a habit.
And when it becomes a habit, your willpower to do that behavior becomes UNLIMITED!
