So let’s say you want to start eating more healthy.

But I’m going to share with you today…like RIGHT NOW how to 100% guarantee you start eating healthy and stick to your program, no matter what temptations come your way.
I use a very specific method.
IT’S CALLED, “WILLPOWER SYSTEM LAYERING”
Yesterday I explained what a Willpower System is and I gave you several examples of Willpower Systems.
But to refresh your memory, a Willpower System is anything that forces you or highly motivates you to repeat a healthy behavior.
Each Willpower System you use, the higher compliance you’ll have (which essentially means that the more Willpower Systems you use, the higher likelihood there is of achieving success.)
So the idea is to “layer” Willpower Systems on top of each other to give you maximum motivation to perform a healthy behavior when you’re supposed to do it.
LET ME GIVE YOU SOME EXAMPLES
Let’s say you want to give up processed foods and start eating whole foods.
The first thing you should do is choose a Willpower System that you can use that will help you start eating whole foods.
Willpower System Layering #1 – CREATE A WHOLE FOODS EATING PLAN
Studies have shown that when you have a specific eating plan and you make it visible, it will increase your ability to stick to your plan.
Here’s an example of my own eating plan. The “1-5” represents 1 big meal a day and 5 much smaller meals or snacks.
Willpower System Layering #2 – SHOP WITH A SHOPPING LIST
Now that you have a meal plan, you can create a shopping list. When you do into the grocery store, stick to the shopping list.
If you’re eating healthy, you’ll never or rarely enter an isle in the middle of the store. All the food you’ll be shopping for is on the outside walls of the grocery story.
Willpower System Layer #3 – START A PHOTO FOOD JOURNAL
In a study published in 2008 in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, researchers at the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research in Portland, Oregon, found that among 1,700 individuals in a weight-loss program , those who kept daily food journals lost TWICE AS MUCH WEIGHT as those who didn’t.
Willpower System Layer #4 – SEND YOUR FOOD JOURNAL PICS TO ANOTHER PERSON
Okay, so now you’re layering some personal accountability into the equation.
Study after study has shown that when your are accountable to someone else or a group by having to show your results, your compliance SHOOTS SKY HIGH.
Can you see the power in Willpower System Layering!
This is another reason you do not want to start your transformation by implementing multiple new healthy behaviors simultaneously.
Just focus on one at a time.
DON’T FOCUS ON YOUR WEIGHT SO MUCH
Rather than focusing on your weight, FOCUS ON THE WILLPOWER SYSTEM.
If you perform the Willpower Systems, you will naturally lose weight. The Willpower System is the “input” and the weight loss is the “output.” Worry about the input, not the output.
